Dvir specializes in both domestic and cross border tax matters, including trusts, global re- structuring and complexed taxation issues. Dvir has a special expertise in international tax, corporate taxation, tax elements of re- structuring and employee stock options (ESOP), M&A transactions on large scales including investment funds, multi-national corporations and start-up companies.

Additionally, he is involved in representing clients before the Israeli tax authorities and various Israeli judicial tribunals. Dvir is also a certified CPA.
