Our YETAX office takes maximum efforts and invests resources in order to provide all of its customers with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law of 1998 and the regulations enacted under it, significant efforts and resources are dedicated to implementing the necessary accessibility adjustments that will enable individuals with disabilities to independently and equitably receive the services provided to all customers.

YETAX main office is located at 4 Ariel Sharon, Givatayim 5320045, in Migdal Hashachar building.

There are parking spaces for disabled individuals in the parking lot, including spaces for tall vehicles. Prior coordination with the inviting party is required.

There is a clear access path from the parking lot through the entrance to our office (including elevators).

Vehicle passages are organized, and access routes are obstacle-free.

Accessible facilities are available on each floor, including the parking floor.

There are identification and directional signs.

Assistance animals are permitted to enter our office to assist individuals with disabilities.

Elevators are accessible and equipped with audible signals (from the parking to the entrance floor). It is necessary to switch elevators on this floor to reach the upper floors.

There are accessible service counters at the customer reception center and/or the reception desk.
